Your account

  • Keep your login details private — you are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Accounts are personal; sharing or reselling access may lead to suspension.

Courses & payments

  • Purchased courses are for your personal learning only.
  • Prices are shown in IQD. Transfers paid by Qi Card, ZainCash, Asia Hawala or FastPay are activated once we confirm the transfer.
  • Completed digital purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.

Content & conduct

  • Recording, downloading, or redistributing lessons is not allowed.
  • Be respectful when messaging teachers and other users.
